Web hosting is normally around $3 per month per single site. However when you purchase hosting for a longer period, the prices are usually lower.

You can have your sites running on the same hosting as long as you use domain masking. Your domain name will appear in the search engine, but the actual hosting will be in one of the subfolders of your only hosting.

Also when you purchase hosting for more then one domain name it tends to be cheaper.
I use GoDaddy for hosting and domain name registration. They are reliable and easy to set up.
